John qualified as a solicitor in 1997. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Civil Litigation from the small claims court to the Court of Appeal. He deals with forfeiture, lease renewal, contract and partnership disputes, medical negligence, insurance claims and professional negligence. He also deals with estate administration and estate disputes. Outside of work he tries to stop his children arguing and insists on playing football despite his legs being long past it.
Oktay qualified as a solicitor in 2006 having trained with Stuart and Co. He is head of the Property department and has extensive experience in both Commercial and Residential Conveyancing. He is renowned for driving matters through to early completion and has a large and happy client base. He is fluent in English and Turkish..

Jamil qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He trained with Stuart & Co and has been with the firm since qualification. He is also admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of the Gambia. He specialises in Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights Law, EU Free movement and Nationality Law. He has a formidable knowledge of immigration law and gets straight to the heart of an issue. He is particularly experienced in Judicial Review, First-Tier and Upper Tribunal Appeals, deportation and asylum cases. He has also appealed a number of cases to the Court of Appeal. Jamil is fluent in English, Mandingo and Wolof.
Having trained with Stuart and Co, Ibrahim qualified as a solicitor in 2011. Since then he has focused on Immigration and Property. Ibrahim advises in all aspects of Immigration, Asylum and Human rights, at all levels. He is one of the leading solicitors in Turkish EC Association Agreement Applications having dealt with a number of cases challenging the Home Office interpretation of the rules through judicial review. He has an excellent success rate in appeals and applications for judicial review. He is also an experienced conveyancer specialising in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions. He is fluent in English and Turkish.

Cagla joined Stuart and Co in 2010 and trained with the firm. She qualified as a solicitor in 2014. She specialises in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property and Family Law. Outside of work Cagla enjoys pilates and running when her young son gives her half a chance.
Sadiye joined Stuart and Co 2011 as a paralegal having worked as an advisor for the Shelter Housing Organisation and the Citizens Advice Bureau where she advised on Housing Law, Litigation and Benefits. Sadiye qualified as a solicitor in 2015. She specialises in Residential Landlord and Tenant and Wills and Probate including Estate Administration. She is happy to visit clients at home if they are unable to make it to the office. Sadiye is fluent in English, Kurdish and Turkish. Outside of work Sadiye is a busy mum trying to keep two teenagers and one soon to be teenager in check. What little spare time she has she spends reading and going out with friends.

Ismail joined Stuart and Co in 2013. He trained with the firm and qualified 2016. He already has extensive experience in Residential and Commercial Property having completed many transactions. He is fluent in English and Turkish. Ismail is a keen footballer and the secretary of Turk Ocagi Limasol UK FC. He previously worked as a traditional Turkish/Turkish Cypriot folk dancing teacher.
Gizem graduated in 2012 with a first class law degree. She joined Stuart and Co in 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. Gizem has developed extensive knowledge in all areas of residential and commercial property including bridging finance, auction sales and purchases, purchase of new build properties, transfers of equity, lease extensions, unregistered land, buying a shared ownership property and, if a final share is being is being purchased in a shared ownership property, staircasing. At university, Gizem was an active member of the debating society. Outside of work Gizem enjoys travelling, film and experimenting in the kitchen.

Nesrin qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She trained at Stuart and Co and has remained with the firm since. Nesrin specialises in Commercial and Residential property. Efficient and helpful she quickly generated a loyal client base. With a young family she now carries out a supervisory role in the Property Department. She is fluent in English and Turkish.
Sevim joined the firm in 2008 and started specialising in personal injury work soon afterwards. She is now experienced in all aspects of Personal Injury work and heads the department. She is fluent in English and Turkish.
